People feel excited when they see unexpected design in their normal life even though the design is not neat and pretty. Customers' impression will be doubled as far as the design is taking care of the customers' situation. A designer should think of developing good design of how customers see and think it first rather than designer's view of the design.

How many people are there in the world who look back their daily life? Most of them are probably concentrating on their job with the works and the responsibilities from the society. They need time to rest and relax themselves. If you don't know how to rest when you have spare time, let's just go to the subway station in Euljiro, Seoul. Then Hana Bank advertisement will welcome you and gives you rest.
The exit no. 1 and 2 of the station are the way to H.Q. of Hana Bank. Hana Bank decorated those exits, putting mirrors for people to see their faces as Bank thinks that people who pass the exits are their customers. The bank, representing a cultural bank, set up the advertisement on both of the walls with theme of 'dream' and 'smile' to convey the message and the identity of the bank. Lee Munhee, general manager of Welcomm PUBLICIS, agency, said, "People visit the bank to accomplish their dreams. We wanted people have a dream and hope and have a smile when they see their faces from the mirrors."
Welcomm PUBLICIS put colorful acrylic human shapes on the wall and attached convex mirrors on the head. People's faces are in the mirrors and become a star in the advertisement. This advertisement also works as a cover for the old wall with white sheet. A large squared mirror at the other side of the wall has images of Hana Bank members on the surface. It has the meaning of 'Face with Hana Bank'.
Firstly, PUBLICIS wanted to make the acrylic shapes in various depths from 15mm to 30mm. But they became 5mm in depth evenly because of the safety concern. Also PUBLICIS put lots of efforts to punch on the acrylic shape not to overlap with the post, holding the handrail to comply with the law.

Among those tasty and cute desserts, cup cake is becoming the most favorable one and there are a number of cup cake shops with this trend.
Among those cup cake shops, LYNN's Cupcakes is one of the preferable shops women like to go. Selected cute elements are displayed inside the shop to show the cup cake's image clearly. The main sign in baby pink in the front makes female customers want to visit the shop. Choi Lynn, the designer of the shop, used a dimensional sign for letters and put a cup cake's sculpture on the letters.
The cute typography also describes LYNN's cupcakes charming image well. Lee Bohyung, a manager of Jim&Hall's who made the dimensional sign, said, "Hannam-dong is the place where many foreigners used to visit. We fabricated the sign to appeal to them. We also think that the sign should be a dimensional sign because designer Choi's concept was cute and soft." Cup cake shape was made by channel with printed image on it.
Usually, cup cakes are made by muffin and put sweet icing like butter or cream on the muffin. This sweet taste may doesn't fit to Korean who eat a salty and spicy food everyday. But LYNN's cupcake takes out the medium taste between Korea and USA after continuous research and attempts.
